Because of the manufacturing processes, coloured glass may vary from batch to batch and sheet to sheet. Samples therefore are a reasonable representation of the shade and texture. Customers are advised to order enough glass for their commission to ensure continuity of the colour. Pearsons Glass Limited cannot be held responsible for differences in colour or shade when trying to match samples from previous batches or deliveries.
All images on our website are only representations of colours, and will vary with every display screen they are viewed on. Therefore, Pearsons Glass holds no responsibility if the colour supplied has a slight variance to that advertised. Pearsons Glass will accept responsibility if an obvious error has been made with either the colour of the glass supplied, or the image displayed on the website. Samples are recommended before purchase.
It may occur, despite our best efforts, that something may be priced or described incorrectly. Where the correct price is less than that stated on your order, you will be charged the lower price. If the correct price is higher than stated then one of the following may happen:
a. We may supply the goods at the price stated (our discretion)
b. We may contact you for instructions before you decide to accept or cancel the order.
c. Should the price be an obvious mistake, we have the right to cancel the order.
All goods remain the property of Pearsons Glass, until the stage of delivery. Any emails received by Pearsons Glass are order acknowledgements, not confirmations or acceptance. Orders are only accepted at the stage of delivery.
If payment is not received on time, Pearsons Glass may cancel or not dispatch any outstanding orders. In regards to late/overdue payments, we reserve the right to add to the outstanding balance interest at statutory amount of 8% plus the Bank of England Base Rate, plus any fixes costs for debt recovery.
Orders may only be cancelled with permission from Pearsons Glass Limited and must be confirmed in writing by the customer.
All prices are exclusive of VAT. All prices are subject to change without prior notification.

Should you not be happy for goods to be left with in a safe place or with a neighbour, please state on delivery instructions provided. All goods left in a safe place or with a neighbour will be entirely at the customers own risk and no liability will be accepted by Pearsons Glass Limited. Should Pearsons Glass be unable to leave goods due to no-one being available to accept them, the right is reserved to make a charge for subsequent deliveries.

Due to our walk-in shop, some items may show as available on our website, but a walk-in sale may result in the item going out of stock. Larger glass pieces can also be cut down to make smaller pieces.
'Glass of the week' Competition:
Competition will run every Friday of the week, with Pearsons Glass selecting two glasses that we stock for customers to vote for their favourite. Whichever glass wins, will be discounted by 20% the following week, for orders online or over the phone.
Competition will run on Facebook, poll and winner will be posted every Friday, and poll will run until the following Friday.
Customers that already receive order discounts will receive whatever discount is greater, discounts can not be combined.
Offers are only valid whilst stocks last. If all stock is sold, offer will no longer apply and the product will be priced at the full value.
Pearsons Glass Limited will wherever possible advise on the use of glass and materials in critical locations, however it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all products meet their requirements.
